    My new ek2 mm 136

    Hello. I just got this piece. It's marked "136" and not 132 or 138, but 136. I do believe it's a frame from "23" and a core from "7" / L/13, but why the marking "136"??

    Any comments are welcome.

    Best regards Thomas.

for me this is a unmarked 23 ,with meybauer 1 type core
    IMO marked
presumably marking the postwar , i think in order to increase value

but wait for the opinion of others

The mark looks like -- 138 -- to me ? A Micro-Number ... S&L is the only company I know that used this small size mark on their Wound Badge pins ?
      Sure looks like a 23 frame .

Hey Douglas. It is a 136. I saw it clearly in my magnifier. Just can't get a clear shot of it.
        Best regards Thomas.

Was going to ask about a close picture next . So it is the number 138 . The only other number that small I have see was a : 333 .
I do not collect wound badges . Did 138 mark their pins or is it just a raised number on the back ?

For me it's 100% regular unmarked cross 23 with Maybauer core and post-war secondary signature

            Regards
