    Stepped Swastika's

    Hi All!

    Can we assume that the only maker that prodused EK's with a "stepped" Swastika was Rudolf Souval? So far the company of Souval was the only one that I identified that prodused EK's with the so called stepped Swastika.

    I have three EK1's made by Souval and all of them have the stepped Swastika, round inner corners and flat dates with the slightly lower 3.

    Can we also than assume that the round 3 EK2's with the rough paint structure and stepped Swastiks was also prodused by Souval?

    Expert opinion wil be appreciated.

    Re the first question, I'd say the answer is a resounding NO. See the following thread;

    From memory, my example images there is maker marked, but not to Souval, and it doesn't have the typical Souval frames.
