Hello.
Here is the scann i said i would give you. Its from bekanntmachungen Der Bundesminister des Innern Februar 1958

I think you can the same small oakleaf as you have on your early 1957 K&Q RK.
Could you messure the hight of the oakleafs ?

Here is another pic of the leaves on my '57........It is a non-magnetic core, it would appear to be made of copper. There is a copper colour showing through where some of the black paint has chipped of, and there is some greenish tarnishing around the acorns. The measurements of the leaf cluster as a whole are 19.60mm wide and 15.84mm high. I have hardly let this cross down since I got it and I have been searching for referrences to it but with no luck. How uncommon is this one?
