2 who is the maker?

It is a fake and that is not an original maker mark.

im new to this could you explain to me what are the key things that point this out as a fake. so that when i take it back to the dealer i can show him.

I'll be short !
First of all, I think this cross with this design a copy (only my opinion). I already saw exactly the same with other marks.
- I suppose the overall size uncorrect.
- the eagle design uncorrect (kind of drop tail)
- pin too large
- this MM doesn't exist

here are same crosses which are copies in my opinion.
