Why EKI made in Vaulted appearance?

That's one small vaulted mini !

The Ek1 is not a Juncker but a W&L 2nd frame with the chip flaw on the left arm and W&L 2nd core . Juncker had the tooling for vaulting .
What seams the case to me here is that W&L ordered some full vaulted crosses from Juncker using W&L supplied front frame and cores .
The cross is vaulted first and assembled at which time Juncker just put on there own pin set to finish it off . ... maybe a core pin set trade ??
That is the first full vaulted W&L I have seen .

I always considered this to be a Juncker.
I have other Juncker crosses with W&L parts.
I don't recall seeing full W&L crosses with a Juncker set-up before??
