Hi Guys,
I hate you all.............

Seriously, although I have often commented on items displayed here with my minimal knowledge on this subject, and having thought I'd got over this problem of collecting badges, medals and awards and finally down sizing what I collect, low and behold I have now recollected my first unmarked EKII.

It's not so bad for me as it came with some documents, but I have the itch now to collect more to go with other document sets I have , but I haven't told the wife yet........ that these guys on the forum have rekindled my passion for awards.

Nothing to special but I think its OK and it is in quite good condition, it also came with a packet which is a darker blue in real life, but it has seen better days.

So with little else to say, please have a look and any thoughts or comments will be greatfully received.

Nah. I'd leave them. I don't know what it is about these 65's, but they get a really great looking bluish hue to the rims. I have one with a packet, and the cross looks very dark with patina. But, when you hold it up to good light, it is absolutely mint.

The finish on yours also looks great.

You gota love the patina on old EK´s. And most old 65´ers King/Queen. Wery nice set there and Please dont clean it.

Look at it this way, after the divorce, you can buy all the neat EK's you want and you'll have plenty of room to display them....
