WW1 EK1 Iron Cross screwback clamshell, original and value? help!

Was just about to pick this up and was wondering what you all thought. The EK1 is unmarked on the reverse, has a clam shell screw-back and is in quite good condition. I have never seen this variant before and was wondering if this looked original, as well as what the going rate is for them. (apologies for photos in advance!)
