Heer Honor roll

I have just bought this Heer Honor roll clasp and in my opinion, which is extremely limited and after going through the pinned thread , is original and a fine quality example. I do however need additional keen eyes with more experience on it, and would really appreciate some comments.

The pinned thread was very overwhelming for me, to much info for a badge/award amateur. So please assist. Thanx Jacques
