Just to add .... that the above corners on the reverse are filed severely - which is most commonly seen on the front . There was actually no need to modify he corners as the Swas fits well without filing .
... and to only file 3 corners to start with ??
I have one with lightly filed reverse corners and heavy filed front corners .- on the left .... and the right UB has the same lightly filed corners - this time on the front and full corners on the reverse side .

I must admit that this Übergröße much interested me.

Because I know well Maciej ("Eryk"), there was exchange transactions and the cross is now mine.
With cross in the hands, I looked it from all sides thoroughly.

In my opinion, the cross was not repainted, but is covered with a clear protective lacquer - for paint models (you can see a clear streaks of paint in the pictures on the frame of the cross). I met already this practice among awards collectors ...

IMO, the frame has not been opened, but is originally composed wrong - commuted obverse of the frame with her reverse ...

but of course I could be wrong

          Hi Sanya,
IMO is a manufacturing error, not a special performance.

For example, no one specifically does not rotate 180 degrees obverse of the cross, with respect to the reverse, but such crosses 1 in 100 is happen... in the context of production error ...
but just I'm thinking out loud

On Rettenmayers -16/L59s - it is quit common to find rotated cores/frames .
