Is it possible to be: 70 Lind & Meyrer Oberstein a.d.N.

This is without a doubt the cross Beck, Hassinger & Co. (123) with a characteristic belly flaw on the number "3" on the date of 1939 (as in the pictures).

On the other hand, stamped signature is wrong digit 123 (also like the pictures).
