This has some very close similarities to Little Brother. Any ideas?

I see what you mean but I think that's a 27 (Schenkl).

The beading really looks like Little Brother on the interior corners and on the external tips. The shape, of the arms, is not so straight as Little Brother.

the guys is right this is a Schenkl cross with standard frame
because this is a manufacturer was a another frame So called # frame
