That's not an easy question to answer other than with years of expereince you learn what characteristics the different makers of these badges and crosses have. While some are good fakes that can fool many, there are others (most of yours shown) that are easy to identify and one lookers as to authenticity.

Take one item and do a search on it. Read about 20 threads, and the features of a real decoration or item will start to appear. Some are easier than others to identify but that will come with time. Some of these guys have devoted a lifetime to collecting and are still learning all the time. The hobby is always changing and so are the fakes. I collected for 30 years without the forum and am thankful for the opinions of the veterans here.
