All EK2 "Round 3 with swaz on pedestal" have bumpy (orange peeling of paint coating) painting. Isn't it? Like this -http://www.germancombatawards.com/thread.php?threadid=47399&sid=

But cross what I show for you have smooth surface of core, like "thick/think Round 3" type, isn't it? Is it not strange? Did you see another one like this?

I seen several differences when compared to my cross.

The 1 in 1939
The paint as already mentioned
Looks like a different frame - but not sure.

Yes Jim ..... I had to look carefully too . Under different conditions - lighting and angles mainly - the same cross can look very different . I am a bit better than I used to be . Practise man ... practice .
