    Deschler EKI - L/10

Newly acquired cross for my collection.

    Comments on rarity please.

As to harder to find than crosses marked '1' or not rare at all?

    Thanks,

    Wayne

    Hi Wayne

They are both hard to find imo! It took me a long time to find an L/10 but even longer to find my recent '1' pick up !

    Nice purchase

Both pop up from time to time.
They are indeed hard to find, but the SB is very hard to find.
Usually you need a bit of luck to be in the right place at the right time.
If they come up for sale they are gone within minutes ....

Looks like the 'A' core to me.

Does anyone know if both cores were used on the L/10?

Where's the difference in the cores?
I know the high and low saas-core but I can't say in what order they were used......

                    Ok.
                    I have 1 L/10 pinback with a low swas.
The rest of the Deschlers, early and late, all have the high swas.

So the low swas core is less common then the high-swas, but they were used at the same time.

Amongst EK2s there are 3 cores - probably 2 high Swas and 1 low Swas . I have core 1 and 2 with different paints and weights and I think both have the high Swas .
Not sure if EK1s are found with same cores .
