    L/12 ek1

    Hi Guys

Please could I get some opinions on this one? Juncker with W&L parts perhaps?

    Many thanks

Serious Cross there Pat. More unusual/special, with the L/12 in the middle, and slightly a-symmetrical Swas.

Is the swastika applied? i.e. re-nazified? Hard to tell exactly what's going on there.
            Best regards,

              Odd one.
Overall it looks good, but it looks like it was re-nazified.
              I don't like the swas.....

Because of that mark I did some digging and finally found this cross in my files with a possible post war L/12 mark - L/ is too small or the 12 too tall ??
I down loaded the picture many years ago .

This style of picture taking is very unique and belongs to 5tefan .

The picture data attachment indicates he took the picture April 26 2009 . It is not on his site shown as good and also not shown under fakes .
The front shot of it I do not have any more if I did have it . Could not find any post on the forum of him showing it either ??

I am guessing he might not have this cross any more but would have to ask him - if he is able to remember anything about it .

                  Cheers, Douglas

Yes, I also had this cross in the early beginning!
I bought it in Ebernhahn (Germany) and saw very late that the swas was reworked. But I was lucky to bring this cross back to the dealer.

Ok, to be sure this isn't a pimped up "unmarked" example, how 'bout we see a close-up of the L/12 marking on Pat's example, since it's the only one we have to work with here. A 3/4 view, at close range, of the Swas would be the clincher.

Patrick's cross being the same as 5tefan's - I took the picture 5tefan just posted - it being of higher resolution to make the close up .

Ok, what's wrong with this picture? For starts, why isn't Pat coming back with some 3/4 pics?? Same Cross, OK, now I see something else "WEIRD" going on here, but will keep that to myself for now. Interesting how this `SAME` Cross now has a substantial amount more wear on it than the one in 5Stefan`s pics.

Obviously whoever had it since Stefan, must have wore it on a regular basis. Why would someone do that? Is this like some "Guru" test or another episode for "Weird or What?
