    Hi
    Another medal from the collection. Cannot find it in my reference books. Can you identify it and tell if it is genuine.

      Andy this one is called the MUSSERT CROSS, named after it's founder Anton Mussert head of the Dutch Nazi Party and created in the spring of 1942 to recognize the bravery of the Dutch Volunteers serving with the German forces on the Eastern Front.

        just wondering is that the right ribbion? it looks like the american silver star ribbion! (i could be wrong though!)

            Nope, colors are correct. However, they do look rather bright and the ribbon does look fairly new compared to the wear of the medal itself.

            Unfortunately, I am not an expert at these Satellite State awards Andy. I'll leave that one to the experts.
