The case looks good, does the insert come out, if it does it should be stamped DB622. For a definite answer post on the Cases and Envelopes forum. Jim

Salut Steiner; j'espère qu'il fait plus beau chez vous qu'ici!

As far as I am concerned your case looks the same (leatherette texture and eagle detail) as the one I got my Schmidhaussler (attributed to) spange in. I attached pictures of my spange in the same case (but not as good as yours) and if I remember correctly Robert Pierce had 3 such identical spanges in the same identical cases at one time (including mine!) not to mention a few others I have seen elsewhere but wait for other opinions to be sure
