what is difference between oversize EKII and RK?

I can't afford a RK, so i would like to buy an oversized EKII for "replacement",
except that the ring system, what is the extra difference?
1,the size of the oversized EKII is the same size as that of the RK?
2,RK is more thicker than oversized EKII?
3,RK is more quality than oversized EKII?

An RK has a larger size, a different ring design, and usually higher quality. The materials are generally the same: most RKs are silver with a steel core, but some have neusilber frames and some have non-ferrous cores; some Übergröße EK2s have silver frames, but most have neusilber frames, and all have steel cores. Also the makers are different, therefore the designs are different.

I used to believe that Übergröße EK2s were early RKs but I no longer believe this to be true.
