something strikes me as odd on the cutting out of the cross on the reverse on the 7 o'clock and the 3 oclock postion, but im just a new guy to the field

As i am also, would some of the more experienced collectors help me here please, would you say this is a copy/fake or real, if real any ideas of maker? sorry to go on and keep asking lame questions but i am a new collector and would like to learn.......have quite a good collection in my opinion but need second opinions to help me sleep lol thanks guys...
