EK1 with gravure for DKiG winner - fake or real?

Someone offered me this Iron Cross with gravure.
This cross has a gravure for Lt. Walter Repp, 5./KG 51, DKiG 02.07.1942.

The Eagle seems to be etched.

What do you think about it? The gravure is very clear.

I´m with you - this gravue does not look like typical war made. This is modern art. Also the gravue looks lke it was made by a high tech machine - much much better than you can see on the photos.

I showed it here, because the owner did not believed me when he wanted to sell to me, when I told him that he has been bitten on a faker. Now he has the plain truth.
