Help with EKII 1939

Hello collectors,

I need your help with this iron cross. I suspect it to be a fake mostly because of the holes in the frame. Still the cross is a 3 piece-construction and nicely soldered together. I am far from an expert so before it goes in the bin, what do you think?

I think it is even worse than a Floch, Floch crosses are better done than this one. Look at the numbers of the years. Horrible. Keep away from it.

Not a Floch frame as we know it, but I believe the core resembles a Floch very much especially the '3' in 1813.
