Looks like a chipped, badly stored original 5.Klasse Godet cross. A value in this condition is highly subjective. The discoloration might be possible to polish off very gently, the chip will always be there and any attempt to fix it is bound to fail.

I knew I should have gotten those new glasses Correct, it's a 2/3 Klasse or 1.Stufe with the ribbon loop missing.
