That's a duuzy .
If memory serves me right --- the " Snowman 8 " mark is a post war marking .
Don't think the cross is good ??

Duuzy ( OMG - man are you ugly etc.) .... that's slang ... probably did not spell it correctly .
Such bad corrosion on the frame and 99% of the paint still on the core ???
Myself I cannot see that cross being a good one - or war time .

I have been told that no 1939 cross ever had the 800 silver stamp on it... could be artificial aging...
