If you had money, and encounter with the DK and RK by below makers or types, what is your tendency of which maker or type is your first choice? and make them in line.

The German Cross in Gold
if in the same condition (excellent, no clips and broken) and crosses marked:

mm2 early heavy, mm20 early heavy, mm1 heavy, mm21 heavy

The Knight Cross
if in the same condition (excellent, no clips and broken) and crosses marked:

mm20, micro 800 S&L, Lazy 2, straight 2, L/12 800

For me personally:

DKIG: 1 - 21 - 2 - 20
RK: L/12 800 - Micro 800 - 20 - Lazy 2

DKIG : 21 - 2 - 1 - 20
RK : Lazy 2 - L/12 - Micro 800 - 20

Well i guess because Zimmermann is the most common maker for the german cross.
It's not hard finding a nice, early Zimmermann. You see them less often than the cupal ones but it's not impossible to find one. Juncker en Godet are more desirable amongst collectors and more rare, especially to find them in excellent condition.
