            Sanya,

I had a cross like yours in the past. Its core was very different to any other K&Q I owned; the swasi was very large and it's profile was very unusual. Your obverse photo captures the detail nicely. Inside of the swasi the base 'sweeps' upward to the center, something no other K&Q core has. I really like this core.

              thanks for answer
you have anything idea what is it (the core)?

I believe that this one new core
and not similar the others four type and not are only minor differences in
it used to be like this K&Q type

but it's a completely different core
              What is your opinion ?

                Sanya,

I believe it to be a K&Q core. The dates look like K&Q. Another K&Q core? I believe so.

                    Sanya,

Here is an old thread showing many different K&Q cores including the cross I used to own with the same core as the one you posted here for discussion...

I think this is the latest chart ....might be another one that is marked A to D ??
Yes Robert ... that #4 of yours had the 'curved' cut out ... but a different date .... which is #4 in the chart .
That core does not fit with the other K&Qs and I suspect it could be a S&L core .
To note that the wide surface on the date I think is the result of the core die being - worn out - and also that the rounded corner is the effect of a worn die .

The date Sanya shows I see as a 1st die in this chart .

Thanks, Douglas, for your montage. I agree, the core in question does not really conform to K&Q core types perfectly. I have spent awhile looking up S&L cores, and find it difficult to locate a core from that maker that really matches. In your files do you have an S&L example that matches this K&Q?

the separate cross a 65 mm core "A"?
because, Trevor brought to my attention that there was something wrong this with the cross
here the older link (here yet missing the "B" core )

Correction to post 12 from yesterday .
Sorry ... that chart is wrong and I thought I had removed all copies of it . We had gone over this same chart a few years back and had revised it .
The chart should show 4 K&Q cores correctly . I could not find the original revised core chart ( might have deleted it instead of the old one ) - so redid the 4 core chart .

Easy to identify by the positioning of the number 'balls' to each other - as one of the features of each type .
