Yes .... without a doubt .... there are 2 production dies . Other minor frame differences can be found as well .
This 2nd frame can be found on EK1s and also EK2s .

From what I can see ... your EK1 frame is the earlier type ....
Not sure that EK1 core is the large one . The inside points are not touching the sides of the swastika ? The best way is to place it beside a UB EK2 .
By using a regular , an UB EK2 and that Godet in a side by side picture - one can see better the size difference - if there is any .
Which I had put the Godet beside the UB . ... but one still can see the size of it . True scale and not tampered with .
Measuring the swastika flange on the Godet it is larger than the UB swastika . Put the same normal UB frame flange on it .. and it would measure 47x47 .
What pin set does yours have ?

may have already two piece this in the type but I think all piece same (unfortunately) only on the new piece the frame is turning to the left
