    EK1's - were they all 3 piece construction ?

    Hello;

    A question concerning EK 1s. Were they all 3 piece construction ? I ask as I've seen a few that 'appear' to be one piece construction. This said, the construction maybe of such a high caliber that the tell-tail line is not visible along the edges.

    Thank you, WilloW

          Aren't there some early ones attributed to Deschler? That name comes to mind....

              Yes, there is an early one-piece type attributed by some to Deschler. Although I don't think they made it, I'm not really sure. Anyway, it's a good one-piece type. Sanya mentioned two more (P&L and Schickle).

              I'm not familiar with Assmann one-piece types.
