        No problem.

Most of these have no markings.
I'd say the one with black background is not as
common as the one with white.

So, what exactly ARE these? I've had a few of these pins languishing for years in my
"Tomorrow File" while keeping watch for any information. And not that I've been overly diligent in my quest, but those posted here are the only others I've seen.

              Hi!

These are not to be considered as awards of anykind.
They are so called ''travelling badges'' made to be SOLD for troops in
              northern Finland.

Some of the finnish solders wore these crosses for a short period of time. Then these were no longer allowed to use by finns.

Badges were used by norwegians and germans mainly.

Here you can find a few different travelling badges.

Hello, very nice original piece! It has also the Petsamo - Rovaniemi front badges, so there are 3 badges in total.

As others have said, unmarked buttons are common on these badges.

Black nordfront background badges are also somewhat more rare than white ones.

                Best Regards,

                Adren
