Strange design KVK2

Hi Guys

I was wondering whether anyone was familiar with this design , it came with a couple of original Hymmen awards as well as some other stuff so due to the slightly odd appearance i wonder if it could be by them?

Hi Patrick,

It looks like a nice example to me. What is it that you find odd about this particular design? Is it the pattern of the cross arm stippling?
