If the seller is claiming 100% authenticity, it should be fairly easy to call him on it. However, anyone who spends 99,000 Euro on a historical artifact without doing 5 minutes of research, deserves what they get.

Actually it looks to be a nice example with the stamped frame to the front, but only worth what one would normally pay for a Souval RK. Is there any chance that the OLS are also Souval?
