EK2 for review

I am being offered this EK2 in trade,along with several other badges/awards/etc.

I am getting out of collecting,but these will be easier to sell than the stuff I'm trading for (If they are genuine,that is..)

Anyway,it looks like a genuine "LUG" variation to me,but I am FAR from an expert on anything.He says it is unmarked on the ring.

These are the only pictures I have.
I found the guys hand distracting too,sorry.

Can anyone help?

Not a lug variant (although it has a lug). It's one of Deschler's Round-3 types.
