          I'm not sure who the manufacturer is
          I asked but was not arrived answer
          a friend of mine sent me this picture from the cross
          and I do not want to give the wrong answer

                  That feature - connecting bead - is the easiest feature to see - that indicates this cross is a S&L product . S&L had 3 or 4 different dies over the course of the war . All have this connecting bead in that corner . S&L supplied other makers with frames and they all have this same feature . It is slightly different depending which S&L die it came from . It indicates the source . Some bought a master die from S&L and made their own working dies others just used stamped parts . Just to mention some makers - whos crosses have the same feature : 16... 24 .... 109 ...and some in the high numbers .
