Hello everyone,
I wanted to share some pictures of that grouping since I found the combination of awards and award documents very interesting! The grouping came like this with a Schinkel EK1, a round 3 EK2 and a tombak Infantry Assault Badge. The citations proof the early date of the awarding and you can also see his badges on this death card.
Maybe that is also for the Inf.Rgt.63 collectors. I find the certificate to the Infantry Assault Badge in silver an very interesting pattern. Funny enough there was another grouping to an Inf.Rgt.63 soldier which came of the same family. There is the same certificate but issued in Ingolstadt instead of France three months later.
Looking forward to your comments!
