Looking for EKI maker

Been a while since I have been on this part of the forum! I saw this EKI for sale, anyone have any info regarding who the maker is?

They have a couple more ones at good prices, any thoughts on these two as well? The L59 one looks like it has an s etched in, is that just a scratch that happens to be in that area?

The first one I think is an early deumer,the L59 "scratch" is actually one of this companys markings.John
