It has not been finished particularly well. Plenty of uneven and careless filing around the sword handles and where the blades protrude from the 2 and 10 positions on the disk. This was made on friday afternoon, not sure what year though.

Postwar or not I'd leave that alone and keep the last one. A rough zincer but at least genuine.
