EKI Marked L/21

Hi all

EKI marked L/21 for sale on the e-stand. I've PM'd the seller but thought I would also post here for discussion.

If marked L/21 the markings are obviously fake, but the cross itself looks ok to me. Cross looks a lot like a BH Mayer, especially the pin.

IMO cross is good,but marked mark not.
in my opinion this was later to marked mark to boost the price and there became a worthless cross
