Soval Ekii frame has small ring (suspension ring ) not soldered from one side, so it's quite easy ....

I agree, the repair is very well made but you can see some traces of the soldering..

That's interesting, since the cross is K&Q and KO was the Imperial-era mark for this company. So this could be a leftover mark from the factory. Or it could be a coincidence that someone else replaced the ring with one from the right maker.
