L/15 Spange 1st Klasse Question

I've had this spange for years, reverse marked L/15. Might I ask what the consensus would be on it? Any help is greatly appreciated.

It seems like I remember a fake like this some years ago when I didn't know any better, and fortunately, I couldn't afford it then anyway. I may be mistaken. Does anyone else remember seeing these??

Well, I'm not surprised considering the source, it was one of my first pieces about 5 years ago from Eban. Price was decent so it's a cheap lesson. It's interesting how detailed the adler is too. Thanks for the opinions!
