      In my opinion, it would be very difficult to say anything for sure, based on that Picture.

      Regarding the spange there are som rather good fakes around. So if you need a 100% confirmation of the one you show, I would expect to see much better Pictures, straight on of front and back.

      Sorry, I can't be of more help....but unless I see better Photos, Ican't/wobt comment on originality on that one.
