        Hi,

maker mark is "Carl Forster & Graf Schwäbisch Gmünd"

You can find this packets also from Mothercrosses. This packets you can find on german ebay, miliweb and by many militariasellers sincs some month, I think the Packets are original (Herstellerbestand), but first you see only the packets, and now you can find it with unmarked crosses.

In my opinion only to get a better price for an unmarked cross

Well you are in the place and know the German languish and i only know it partly.
Find the maker, you have the name! Phone him " if the firm still is there". Other call juvelers in the same region ask if they know that name, if so ask for PKZ etc.

                  The plot thickens eh?

Now I guess the question comes up: Does this cross belong with this packet?
