Ek1 Spange & Ek1 KVK Without swords for review

I have the opportunity to buy these 2 along with a few other bits. I am not up to date with these but looking at the others on the forum I think they look ok but would appreciate more opinions on them just to be sure. Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards

    Stuart

        spange

The spange is a Mayer, but straight on shots of the front would help and in focus. Jim

I agree, looks like a good Mayer, but as Jim says a straight-on shot would be great. The hardware looks typical Mayer.

          KVKI looks like an S&L.

            Hi Stuart
I agree with Jim and Robert: not the the best picts but your cased KvK I without swords looks identical to mine which is marked "4" incuse/releif upside down in a small box on the pin for Steinhauer & Luck (Lüdenscheid). The case is identical to mine as well

            Regards

            JC

              KVK1 is a S&L and the EK1 spange looks like a very nice B. H. Mayer.

Thank you for all the positive responses. Unfortunately these are the only pictures I have. I have took the plunge and bought them so hopefully when they arrive I can post up some better pictures.

Received them in the post and i have a very good feeling about them. Apparently they were picked up in Normandy by a member of the French resistance.
