EK II Round 3 swass on plateau

Hi Guys!

I would like Yours opinion on this EK II round 3w ith swass on plateau

Weighs 20 gr ( thin version ?)

The arms measure 44.3mm x 44.0mm. The core is iron, and is slightly loose within the frame. It has a granulated core, to bad some minor spots of paint loss.

What could be the maker of this r3 EK?
