    Hello,

Brian's book arrived on old Europe. Magnificent work, THE book on the subject for which I waited. Recommended to all the people interested in the subject. The presentation is magnificent. I particularly appreciated the large format of the book which allows to emphasize the images. A single word : congratulations. Cordial greetings.

Surely not ignored. Just an oversight - my apologies.

It´s OK. I´ll survive, but it sure would have been a nice touch to that very nice book.

                Good morning Brian,

I’m sending this reply to congratulate once more with the tremendous effort and brilliant work you did on your book. It was a pleasure to receive earlier this week and upon a quick glance, one could see it’s a beautiful reference you made. The size of the book is already a big thumbs-up, and it is very nice to see several documents taking up one full page. After the preface and the introduction to the EK2 and the documents, it’s a pleasure to read more behind the man who signed the document, or the recipient itself or the unit he served with. To spice up the EK2 award documents, one can find interesting photo material and some other award documents.
I’m glad I could assist you Brian in a small way and see my name among others who made much more name and fame in the fascinating world of award documents.

                Congratulations again my friend and,

                Cheers,
                Laurens

As primarily a Luftwaffe document collector, I have a particular interest in this book and after finally getting my hands on a copy I cannot praise the work highly enough.

Beautifully presented, richly detailed and meticulous in all aspects, this book will without doubt form the benchmark for this area of the collecting hobby.

I for one, would like to see subsequent volumes released in the future to augment this volume, of which I think they would undoubtedly recieve equal praise from the collecting community.

                  Regards Richard.
Always looking for Luftwaffe Kampfflieger related document groups. In particular anything to Kampfgeschwader 2.

Iron Cross Award Documents of WWII Book by Brian Razkauskas

                      Brian,
Your Iron Cross Documents book arrived last Thursday and it is absolutely magnificent! I'm amazed at how much research and work that you put into it. Really top-notch book to have in my reference library. I can't thank you enough for producing such a fine book and for sending me a second one at a very fair price after my first one went missing in the mail. I wish you the best of luck in the future and hope that you keep writing more books on WWII German award documents. Sincerely, Chris

Well laid out and researched from what I can see - does it have EK1 documents as well? I couldn't tell from the table of contents?

Despite the different criteria, the features of both classes of Iron Cross award document are essentially the same. So, you will see both classes presented, and separated, depending on the specific chapter/section.
