ww1 EK1 K.A.G. marked and gold mothers cross cased, opinions?

Hi all,

I was just offered these two medals, one being a 1st class iron cross WW1 with pin reverse stamped "K.A.G.", the other a mothers cross in gold cased (without ribbon). Any ideas if these are originals? Will be likely picking them up locally today.
