    Typo error on EK1 case?

    Gents,
I was having a close look at a case for a L/54 screwback and I noticed a different spelling printed on the base from that I have seen before. L/54 is the code for Schauerte &Co BUT the imprint spells it as 'Schraute'. I have no doubts about the case (it still has the L/54 cross in it), but are spelling mistakes like this common? Grateful for all opinions!

        Hi Harry,

        No spelling mistake.!!
"Schraube" simply means "screw" in German implying a case for a screwback cross which yours is.

        Regards,
        Brett

          Thanks Brett,

Of course..... I get it now! ( it is a bit early for me yet). Scraube makes much more sense.
