It's a non magnetic cross.
It looks like, it's made of only two parts.

I'm not loving the bubbling (or pitting?) on the frame - apparent in the very first photo - or the very bent corner. I'm voting cheap fake.

The frame doesn't look the same (75 is more "rounded" on inner corners) and as I recall, 75's a very distinctive "3"'s in the dates.
