The legs seems kind of flat, shouldn't they be more 3D like?
They look more like they are "scratch" into the spange, instead of "comming out". i can't quit explain what i mean, but the legs of the Eagle seems to flat to me?

I see what you mean Flemming,

But that may be due to a scan over a photo. It seems to be the nature of a scanner to make detail look shallow.

                  Hi Flemming!

That is all I can do with my scanner (200 %, 300Dpi). Robert is right, this section looks much more "flat" than it is for the human eye...

                  Kind regards,

                  Peter

Thank you for the additional picture, really appriciate it.

Still Think it looks weird though, but don't take my word for good, as I have been wrong before.

Take a look at this thread:
                      http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...=Boerger+Clasp
Look at Pic 3 in post 3, and try and compare the legs with your Clasp.

The legs on the one I link to, is what I would suspect them to look like.
But maybe there were more dies used for this type?

                      /Flemming

There are many dies of this general design. Personally I seriously doubt they're all Boergers.
                        Best regards,
