German Order 3rd class

Guys..... need some help please. Back in Feb of 2012 I posted some scans of a German order 3rd class that came to me at a gun show from a garage sale picker. I got several replies but here was a German collector who had some great info. I had kept it in my storage folder but when my computer crashed I lost all of it. So I thought I'd re post it and maybe someone would have it in their files. Any help would be appreciated SO much.
