2 DKiG cloth versions

I have pictured her 2 Luft. cloth versions of the DKiG. Is it possible to tell the makers of the cloth versions by appearance only. To me these look pretty similar - one has been sewn on and is a little more faded in the cloth and duller on the wreath than the other. See what you think!
