    Well, this one is interesting.

    My thoughts:

    1. Wreath is not what one would necessarily expect for your typical cloth cross. Wreath seems to lack definition and detial.
    2. Interior white field is 'odd'. Maybe its just the photo, but the field looks different from what I would expect.
    3. The corners of the swastika are more 'rounded' that what we typically see from originals.
    4. Outer starburst also looks odd to me.

I'm not ready to call it a reproduction, but it is different from what we typically see.

    Other thoughts or opinioins?

it's not the typical and definitely original DK in cloth.
by the way, as already sayd in other threads, surely other kinds are wartime.
in my opinion it's not so bad but it's difficult to say if could be a good one.

Ok, thank you for your opinions. I got this one a few month ago from a Member in a german forum.

          Further opinions are welcome.

It shows some traits of known originals in the making, but is also shows traits of known fakes (such as the one piece swastika surrounding silver thread and the "non-Juncker wreath). If one looks at it on a pure rational base, there is no element (wreath, starburst, white background, swastika, ..) that compares to or equals known originals. And since there is no known safe original to compare with, this piece falls into the realm of "believe." Whoever buys this will always have difficulties explaining it, unless a safe original shows up.
It is a fact that about 95% of all known cloth DKs are divided into three main categories. But I also believe (not "know"), that there might be some "unknowns." This is a piece for a collector who has "them" all and believes in it.

I honestly think that is all that can be said about this piece without entering the realm of "unknown speculation."

              Here's mine for comparison.

Yours definetly seems off from all the ones I've seen.
But that dosent mean it isn't original although IMO i don't like it, I'm just given another for comparison : )
